1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

animearc.app provides digital content, motion comics, and SaaS subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a purchase is made and the content or service is accessed, we generally do not offer refunds.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We may grant a refund at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If a severe technical fault on our end prevents you from accessing the purchased content, and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing. However, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time within an active billing cycle.
