This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of AnimeArc (animearc.app) and all related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use AnimeArc to generate, upload, share, or distribute any of the following types of content:

  • Sexually explicit or NSFW content: Including nudity, semi-nudity, sexually suggestive imagery, pornographic material, or any content of a sexual nature — whether real or AI-generated.
  • Child exploitation material: Any content that depicts or sexualizes minors in any way. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • Violence and gore: Graphic depictions of extreme violence, torture, mutilation, or content designed to glorify violence.
  • Hate speech and discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Harassment and bullying: Content intended to harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully any individual.
  • Illegal activities: Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities, including drug use, weapons manufacturing, or fraud.
  • Misinformation and deception: Deepfakes, misleading content designed to deceive, or content that impersonates real individuals without their consent.
  • Intellectual property infringement: Content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.

2. Content Moderation

AnimeArc employs content moderation filters and automated safety systems to prevent the generation of prohibited content. Users must not attempt to circumvent, bypass, or disable these safety mechanisms.

Attempting to bypass content filters — including through prompt engineering, encoded instructions, or any other method — is a violation of this policy.

3. Responsible Use of AI

AnimeArc provides AI-powered content generation tools. Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all generated content complies with this AUP and all applicable laws.
  • Reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it.
  • Not using the platform to generate content that could be harmful, misleading, or offensive.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account to violate this policy.

5. Enforcement

AnimeArc reserves the right to:

  • Remove or restrict access to any content that violates this policy.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy.
  • Report illegal content or activities to law enforcement authorities.
  • Take any other action deemed necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of the platform.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
