We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. We do not directly collect, process, or store your full credit card numbers or financial details. Your payment data is handled securely by our payment partners according to their strict privacy and security standards.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.

For image and video generation, we send the submitted text prompt and an opaque internal request identifier to CREEM's Moderation API before sending the prompt to an AI-generation provider. This screening is used to detect and block content that violates our safety policies. We do not intentionally include your email address or payment information in the moderation request identifier.

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can manage your information within your account settings or by contacting our support team.
