1. Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Intellectual Property and Content Use
All content provided on animearc.app, including but not limited to animations, motion comics, graphics, software, and text, is the intellectual property of animearc.app or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not download, copy, scrape, distribute, reproduce, or use our content for any commercial purpose or host it on third-party platforms without explicit written permission.
3. AI Content Safety and Prohibited Use
You may not use AnimeArc to generate, upload, share, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, semi-nude, or sexually suggestive content. Content involving the sexualization or exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. You must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Image and video generation prompts are subject to automated content-safety screening before generation. We may reject prompts, suspend generation when safety screening is unavailable, remove prohibited content, and suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass or manipulate these safeguards.
4. Payments and Billing
By purchasing a product or subscribing to a service on animearc.app, you agree to pay the stated fees. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Creem or PayPal when available. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
When you select a Creem checkout, Creem processes the transaction as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for payment processing, applicable indirect-tax handling, and issuing the transaction invoice. Creem's applicable buyer terms are presented as part of its checkout flow.
5. Independent Product Disclosure
AnimeArc is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the providers of third-party AI models referenced on this website. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms (e.g., engaging in piracy, unauthorized distribution of our content, or fraudulent payment activity). Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
